INFORMATION REQUIRED

1. DIN and contact details of applicant (address, phone/ email id) along with occupation (Current).
2. Type of company to be incorporated like public/private and whether limited by shares or guarantee
3. Whether govt. Company or not?
4. State in which registered office is proposed.
5. Number of promoters – with details. In case any of the promoters is company incorporated outside India, provide FCRN & Name.
6. Brief objects of the company.
7. Proposed directors of the company – with details
8. Proposed Name of the company along with its significant and other details.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

1. NOC from another company/other person having similar name.
2. Board Resolution from the Foreign Body: If subsidiary of a foreign company.
3. Copy of Approval in case of proposed name require approval from CG
4. Approval of the owner of the trademark – If applicable.
