Incorporation of Company
(After application of reservation of name of the company is approved and license u/s 8 is issued)
Documents & Information Required:
- SRN of INC-1 Application or Details as per STEP: 2.
- Memorandum of Association
- Article of Association
- Affidavit & Declaration by First Directors and Subscribers.
- Address Proof of the Proposed Company (Conveyance/ Lease deed/ Rent Agreement etc. along with rent receipts)
- Copies of utility bill – not older than a month
- NOC from the sole proprietor/ partners/other associates/ existing company – If the promoters are carrying on any Partnership firm/sole proprietary/unregistered entity
- If any subscriber to the proposed company is foreign company and/or company incorporated outside India, then it is mandatory to attach:
- Copy of certificate of incorporation of the foreign body corporate and resolution passed.
- Proof of identity and address of the subscribers.
- Proof of identity and address of the Directors
