BRIEF PROCESS FOR THE INCORPORATION OF THE COMPANY –
- Obtaining Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
Firstly, there is a need to obtain DSC for each proposed Directors.
- Obtaining Director Identification Number (DIN)
Post DSC, each proposed director has to obtain a DIN. To obtain DIN, Form DIR-3 will be filed with ROC. Once DIR-3 is approved, DIN will be allotted. DIN Checklist.
- Name Reservation (INC-1)
Option 1:
After DIN is allotted, an application shall be filed with the ROC for Name Reservation of proposed company. Form INC-1 will be filed with the ROC for name reservation of the Company. INC-1 Checklist.
Option 2:
Alternatively name can be applied with SPICe (Simplified Proforma for Incorporating Company Electronically) i.e. Form INC-32 New Version of Company Incorporation e-Form.
- Filing Incorporation Documents (SPICe Form)
The last & final step is submitting Incorporation Documents with the ROC. Incorporation documents are submitted in SPICe Simplified Proforma for Incorporating Company Electronically) i.e. Form 32. SPICe Checklist.
