He Did Not Give-up In Those Challenging Circumstances, Finally Got Me Lower TDS Certificates

Mr Sulabh Lohia and his team had helped me in applying for low TDS certificate for myself and my wife (both NRIs), in relation to sale of my property in India. I must say I am thoroughly impressed by Mr Lohia’s knowledge, diligence and most importantly – his humility. He came across as a very warm person in the very first telephonic conversation I had with him and that just continued in all the interactions I have had with him after that. My property matter was utterly complex, but he heard the case details very patiently, applied his time and skills, and came up with the best solution within a reasonable timeframe.

One of his best qualities is the way he approaches a problem/matter and the way he explains his solution – it automatically gives the other person a lot of comfort and conviction. Both he and his colleague (Bharat Kandari) helped me a lot during the period running up to the Covid19 lockdown and did not give-up in those challenging circumstances, and finally got me the certificates.
